The Massana family began viticulture in the Alto Penedes region around the mid-18th century, and in 1917 the Massana family began growing new grapes and making Cava, and has remained dedicated to making quality Cava patiently following the tradition for generations.
The term "blot" refers to a dry Cava made with a very small amount of dosage.
Rosado means "rosé" in Spanish. The name is combined with the owner's name, Eldardo.
マッサナ家は、アルト・ペネデス地方で１８世紀半ばごろにブドウ栽培を開始。1917年にマッサナ家は新しいぶどうの栽培とカヴァ造りを始め、現在に至るまで代々伝統にのっとり根気強く良質なカヴァ造りに専念。
「ブロット」とは、極少量ドサージュしてつくられた辛口のカヴァを表します。
Rosadoはスペイン語で「ロゼ」を意味する。オーナーの名前であるエルダルドと合わせた名称。
